Description
Second Session on Interpreting for Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing; Presented by Mark Sherwin.

The first session covered the demands and controls:
- Environmenal
- Interpersonal
- Intrapersonal
- Paralinguistic

For the next session, we need to review lexicon glossary of sign language interpreting, further reading into interpreting, and elements to consider whilst preparing and carrying out an assignment.

*THIS SESSION IS FOR:
- Those who are exploring interpretation for Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing.
- Those who just started interpreting.
- Those who interpret for less than 2 years.


ABOUT Mark Sherwin
Mark Sherwin has been working as a British Sign Language interpreter for over 12 years in UK. As a CODA (Child Of a Deaf Adult), he was brought up in the Deaf Community and fell into interpreting following a degree in Sports Science, then later went on to complete a Masters at a Bristol University under Professor Kyle and Dr Ladd.

He has been fortunate enough to of worked across many settings in my time; ranging from further Education to judicial and many more. Following his partner's job, we relocated to Singapore in June 2016 from Edinburgh in Scotland.
